FUNCTIONS OF CENTRAL BOARD |

01. |
The Board shall meet at least once a year and often if the business warrants to decide all major policy issues |
02. |
Notice for the meeting shall be given to the members at least 30 days in advance |
03. |
Every member of the board is entitled to suggest items for inclusion in the agenda |
04. |
One third members shall constitute the quorum |
05. |
The Chairman or in his absence the Vice-Chairman shall preside over the meetings |
06. |
The Secretary shall of the responsible for maintaining a correct record of the proceedings of the meetings and for circulation of the same soon after the meeting. |

FUNCTIONS OF DISTRICT BOARD |
|
01. |
The members of the Board, Secretary and its staff shall collectively and individually strive to acheve the objects. Detailed instructions for the purpose shall be issued by or with the approval of Central Board from time to time. |
02. |
The primary responsibility for the efficient running of the office of the District Armed Services Board rests with the Secretary. |
03. |
The Secretary shall receive directive from the Director in confinity with the instructions and policy as laid down by the Central Board and will not as an adviser to the Diroctor for the implamentation of such Directives. The Central Board may address District Armed Services Board directly on all as such matters. As may be considered necessary. |
